Tren Penelitian Keterbukaan Informasi Publik di Indonesia Sebagai Kajian Ilmu Pemerintahan: Sebuah Tinjauan Analisis Bibliometrik

Abstract

Penelitian ini pada dasarnya dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan gambaran terkait perkembangan bidang kajian informasi publik sebagai salah satu bidang kajian ilmu pemerintahan dalam rentang waktu 15 tahun terakhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka sistematis dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dan Vos Viewer dengan menganalisa 540 penelitian yang terbagi menjadi 4 kluster dan 47 topik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Walaupun data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari hasil penelitian sejak tahun 2008 sampai 2022 namun penelitian terkait keterbukaan informasi publik justru sangat intens dilakukan pada rentang tahun 2016 sampai 2019. Topik-topik yang dimunculkan pada dasarnya cenderung monoton artinya bisa ditafsirkan bahwa perkembangan kajian terkait keterbukaan informasi publik cenderung berputar pada topik-topik umum saja. Rekomendasi kepada peneliti selanjutnya yang ingin meneliti bidang kajian keterbukaan informasi publik bisa coba mengulas beberapa topik yang menarik dan masih jarang diteliti misalnya hubungan keterbukaan informasi publik dengan topik korupsi, Good Coorporate Governance (GCG), pemilu dan e-procurement.
