Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) Khanza : Metode HOT FIT di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Bahteramas Tahun 2024

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui evaluasi SIMRS dengan melihat pengaruh Human (system use, user satisfaction), Organization (top management support, it capability staff), Technology (system quality, information quality dan service quality) terhadap net benefit SIMRS Khanza di instalasi rawat jalan RSUD Bahteramas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, jumlah populasi 147 orang dan sampel 107 orang. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitan adalah sebagai berikut: ada pengaruh secara parsial system use terhadap net benefit dengan nilai sig. 0,012, ada pengaruh secara parsial user satisfaction terhadap net benefit dengan nilai sig. 0,025, tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial top management support terhadap net benefit dengan nilai sig. 0,468, tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial IT capability staff terhadap net benefit dengan nilai sig. 0,362, tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial system quality terhadap net benefit dengan nilai sig. 0,343, tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial information quality terhadap net benefit dengan nilai sig. 0,424, tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial service quality terhadap net benefit dengan nilai sig. 0,076, variabel system use, user satisfaction, top management support, it capability staff, system quality, information quality, dan service quality berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap net benefit dengan nilai adjusted r square 12,2%.
