Efektivitas Program Pelumas sebagai Layanan Administrasi Digital di Desa Karang Satria, Kabupaten Bekasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Program Pelayanan Masyarakat Online (Pelumas) di Desa Karang Satria Kecamatan Tambun Utara Kabupaten Bekasi. Program pelumas merupakan layanan administrasi desa berbasis digital yang dibuat untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses pelayanan secara cepat dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan dari aparatur desa dan masyarakat pengguna layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelumas telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi desa. Program ini membuat pelayanan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien. Namun, masih terdapat masyarakat yang belum menggunakan layanan online karena keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Program Pelumas tercapai secara parsial, dengan capaian pada efisiensi proses pelayanan, tetapi masih terdapat keterbatasan pada akses mandiri dan pemerataan penggunaan layanan digital.
